RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return *most items within 30 calendar days of the original shipping date for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us first via email (dukemaninc@aol.com) with an explanation of why you are returning the merchandise and we will email you a return authorization code along with instructions on how to return the item. Returns will only be accepted if the merchandise is returned in the original unused condition and you have obtained a return authorization code. For your protection we advise that all returns be sent back to us by a traceable carrier and insured for the full value of your purchase at your own expense. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 calendar days of the original shipping date.
*Returns or exchanges are not accepted on:
- Rings - as they are custom made to your size (we recommend you confirm your ring size before ordering)
- Engraved items
